I was reading of directed energy weapons in links to Hawaii and other fires, and was moved to do a littler surfing to read more, when I came across Trump's Secretary of Defense who put a high priority on occurrences which seemed to have no answers, in an attack even at the White House.
I started looking at this a bit different when Mr. Miller said that State and the CIA were not placing this as a priority in their people were being harmed. There is the typical, "The Russians and Chinese did it in blame", but why would State and the CIA not be interested, unless they already knew who might be behind this.
The intelligence community and the group who is responsible for treaties. Now who would they have in common, that they might be protecting and leaving Americans open to attacks.

I was reading the above and something triggered in my memory, of a woman recounting a like happening in experiencing vertigo and confusion while out in the woods of the Pacific Northwest.

Within about 30 seconds, I became very disoriented and had extreme vertigo. I stopped and turned back around, taking deep breaths to calm myself, while continuing to check in the direction of those grunts.
I thought that the dizzy feeling maybe just be a result of the adrenaline so I took a few more deep breaths and that feeling completely stopped. I slowly turned to continue back towards my house only to realize that I had been heading in a different direction than I first thought. I corrected my course and started walking.
Within a few moments, the disorientation and vertigo hit me again and I began to panic as I again felt that I wasn’t sure where exactly I was. Fortunately, I could see my garage’s roof so I just forced myself to continue walking towards it. Within a few moments, I came into a clearing by our property and that feeling of disorientation and vertigo left me and I felt completely normal again. (I have never experienced that before or up to the present time).
A few days after the experience, I was listening to a podcast on Sasquatch encounters and how people are hit with infrasound, which can cause extreme vertigo and disorientation. I really believe that’s what I experienced.
Yes the punchline is the association of infrasound with these Big Foot experiencers, which is close to what US officials have been experiencing. Secretary of Defense Chris Miller was not of a need to know level in what he was dealing with, or he would have been informed. Others in State and CIA had those who already knew and issued orders to not make this a priority, as something was being engaged in which was deemed hands off.

In a closing assessment of this, the Havana Syndrome encounters appear to be machine created, electrical, that is why people are being harmed, like a static electric shock. The machine is a technology which these hybrids from greys to big foot engage with which is more like an electric blanket that people for the most part calm down with and succumb to in that type of altered current.
This is the same technology, one mechanical, one biological which appear to have the same type of portal ability to pop in and out in any location and then disappear. While the biological leaves a humanoid trail, this technology's side effects in key government locations is making people sick as if whoever this is, is looking for some information or testing the ability of security to pick up perhaps someone coming and going, even piggyback inside the host human.
